SHIPPING & ORDER VALUES - NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
1) Delivery costs to business addresses in North Island NZ & South Island NZ are the same & are calculated & shown in the Shopping Cart at the time of placing an order.
Note: For orders above 30kg that are being delivered to a residential address there may be a Freight Surcharge. This surcharge will not be shown at the time of placing the order, you will be contacted prior to despatch for your approval of this charge.

2) You can Pick-up your order from our warehouses in Auckland, however you will need to give us 2-hours advance notice.
Ad-hoc Freight Charges
We reserve the right to charge freight or modify the documented freight charges on any order (i.e. promotional items etc.) however if undocumented freight charges are going to be charged, you will be contacted prior to despatch for approval.
Returns
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for incorrectly ordered goods. Change of mind returns must be requested within 10 business days of receiving the goods. Requests received after this period may not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service team prior to returning any goods for credit. A GRN number and return paperwork must accompany all returned goods.
